Insightful and inspiring, also. Just curiously passing by but really impressed. It is what you explain how you “operate” and practice yourself in a very clear and informative way that reminds me a wow moment of “high-standard output”. And so does the part in which you describe the challenge you choose while synthesizing what you learn - nice approaching of everything: Observe, analyze, learn, then apply & consistently practice (The last stage turns out my shortcoming and now through your post I find it). A big round of applause to you and look forward to the next. Keep up the great work, Tracy

surprised to see you identify writing as your weakness, I have always thought you expressed yourself well enough, verbally and in text; or perhaps it's just my standard. Anyway, nice read, keep it up.

To me, the weakness of writing here might reflect more on the perspective of "things you know are important but fear to do." In my opinion, even if you have the ability to do something, failing to execute it would still be a “weakness”.
